WHAT’S IN A NAME?
We named the band Miller Creek Crowd after a group of our friends that used to go to the swimming hole at Rick Miller‘s place. The creek dropped into a basin and formed a pool so they used to call that Miller Creek, and then we added the crowd signify that group of people. It’s about people that love the outdoors love to go hunting and fishing and swimming and drink beer and have a good time. It’s about folks that work their asses off during the week and then cut loose on the weekends.with friends and family. Life is not about money, it’s more about friends and family that will drop what they’re doing and come lend you a hand when you’re in need, it’s about people that will give you the shirt off their back, even when they don’t have a lot to give.
